Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra are not only practices of rest and stillness – they are profound gateways into Nervous System Regulation and resilience. Modern neuroscience reveals that deep relaxation, such as the states accessed in Yoga Nidra, activates neuroplasticity: the brain’s ability to release old patterns and rewire new pathways of clarity, focus, and calm.
When combined with the meditative depth of Yin Yoga, these practices offer fertile ground for healing, balance, and mindful presence. Together, they reshape the body–mind connection and create space for inner transformation.
This 100-hour Teacher Training bridges ancient wisdom with contemporary science, offering you the tools to embody and share these practices with integrity. By restoring balance, awakening awareness, and nurturing the connection of body, mind, and soul, you will be equipped to guide others toward greater resilience and wholeness.

Yin Yoga
This training lays the groundwork for both your personal practice and your path as a teacher. You will dive into the foundations of Yin Yoga, enriched by the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the subtle flow of chi through the body.
We will explore functional alignment and the uniqueness of each individual body, while learning how to safely stretch and strengthen yin tissues. Through this journey, you will gain insight into the meridian system and discover how to harmonize chi energy through Yin postures.
You will learn about the art of intelligent sequencing, integrating both anatomical understanding and energetic awareness to create Yin Yoga practices that are not only safe and effective, but also deeply transformative.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra, so called the yogic sleep, guides us into the liminal state between wakefulness and sleep, where deep rest and heightened awareness meet, creating the conditions for the nervous system to regulate and restore.
Resting in Savasana, the practitioner is gently led into this profound state – a practice that expands consciousness, dissolves tension, pain, and fear, and offers tools to navigate life with greater ease.
Through this journey inward, we access the subconscious, uncover hidden patterns, and softly recondition the mind. In the stillness of non-doing, old conditionings can be recognized and released, giving rise to healthier, more supportive ways of being.
This practice nurtures inner growth, harmony, and peace, while naturally cultivating compassion. In this space between consciousness and unconsciousness, we return to the wisdom of the heart – awakening clarity, joy, and a deep sense of freedom.
The Science of Nervous System Regulation
Brain Rewiring & Neuroplasticity: Explore how Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra reshape the brain, building new neural pathways that enhance well-being, emotional lance, and spiritual growth.
Polyvagal Theory in Practice: Learn how these practices gently activate the parasympathetic nervous system, guiding students out of survival states and into connection, safety, and thriving awareness.
Mindfulness-Based Healing: Experience how stillness and guided awareness create the conditions for releasing suppressed emotions, reducing stress, and opening the door to deep transformation.
2-Week Immersion
In the heart of Bali, this two-week journey invites you to explore Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Nervous System Regulation as gateways to profound healing and transformation.
Through theory, practice, and intelligent sequencing, you will discover how meridian activation, chi flow, and nervous system awareness release deep tension, build resilience, and support emotional and physical well-being.
As Swami Satyananda reminds us:
“Relaxation does not mean sleep. Relaxation means to be
blissfully happy. It has no end. I call bliss absolute relaxation.”
We weave the Taoist Five Elements and TCM meridians not only into Yin Yoga but also into Yoga Nidra practices—through body rotation, breath awareness, and visualization—unlocking pathways for balance, adaptability, and flow in daily life.
This immersion equips you with the tools to design and guide therapeutic Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra sessions, blending physical, energetic, and mindfulness-based approaches. You will learn to hold space with clarity and compassion, creating environments where healing, presence, and transformation naturally unfold.
Guided by lead trainers Jenny Stark and Radha Wijaya this training invites you to deepen your personal practice, explore mind–body healing, and grow as a teacher – opening pathways to greater balance, clarity, and lasting well-being.

“As the course was progressing, I was blown away by the level of integrity, devotion and commitment from all of you. As I think being back now and reflect on all that I’ve learnt and the experience in itself, it is truly one of the best things I’ve ever done in my life. I now know why my heart called me to it. Not only have a learnt so deeply about the physical aspects of yoga and understanding the benefits (as well as experiencing them) of yin yoga. I have also learnt so much more, about understanding how to cultivate deeper rest and relaxation, inner connection, focus, resilience, strength and so much more. I don’t think I knew what true stillness even meant before! You are a master of what you teach and share with insight, lived experience and passion. I’m not sure my life will be the same again after the past month but in a good way. Limitations/ fears or doubts in my mind feel like they have been replaced with a sturdy and stable core guiding me. Thank you so much for all that you do. It is life-changing and so needed in this world. I would recommend your course to anyone with the highest regard and wish you blessings, health, happiness, harmony, peace and abundance in all your future training.“
