Tuition & Refund Policy
Upon acceptance into the program, the applicant must pay a deposit of 30% to hold the applicant’s place in the program.
The deadline to pay in full is thirteen (30) days prior to the start date of training.
If the said applicant cancels thirty (30) days or more before the start of the program, the applicant will forfeit 5% processing fee of the total amount of the total fee, the remaining balance will be refunded. However, such amount can be applied towards a future training program.
If the applicant cancels 14-30 days before the start of the program, the applicant will forfeit 50% of the total fee and the remaining balance will be refunded.
The program fees are non-refundable. If a student must withdraw from the program for special circumstances, the program may give a partial refund to the student in the exercise of its discretion or the amount can be applied towards a future training program.
The program will not give any refunds or credits after the training starts. The program reserves the right to cancel any training before it begins. In that case any payments applicants have made will be refunded in full.
In case a student needs to withdraw from the program due to illness, accident, death in the family, or other circumstances that make it impractical for the student to complete the course, the program will provide a reasonable and fair opportunity to attend a future program.
No refunds will be given if the program removes a student from the program for bad conduct. Bad conduct is a violation of the Code of Conduct, harassment, bullying, or any other behaviour that is inappropriate or disruptive to the welfare of the program or to fellow students.
