Ayurveda: Ancient Wisdom for Modern Living

Ayurveda, known as the “science of life,” is an ancient holistic health system that emphasizes personalized wellness strategies. Rooted in the balance of the three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—this training, led by Dr. Renuka Yadav delves into self-care rituals, nutritional principles, and lifestyle practices that promote balance and prevent illness.

Yin Yoga Therapy™ – Release of Physical, Emotional and Energetic tension

Yin Yoga Therapy™ is a meditative and introspective practice that works deeply on the body’s connective tissues, energy meridians, and emotional balance. This program covers the philosophy, anatomy, and energetic principles of Yin Yoga, emphasizing fascia, joint mobility, and emotional release. We will show you how to activate chi flow along the meridians in the poses. You’ll gain the tools to skillfully guide yourself and others in a practice that promotes harmony, mindfulness and insight.

2 Week Immersion

Held on the serene beaches of Goa, this program blends practical learning with an embodied experience of ancient healing traditions. Over two life-changing weeks, you will gain:

Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coach Diploma & Accreditation as module block of 300-hrs Yoga Alliance Certification & 700-hrs Yin Yoga Therapy™

With successful completion of the training, students will receive a Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coach Diploma issued by Bharat Sevak Samaj (Development Agency Promoted by the Government of India)
Bharat Sevak Samaj
and a 100-hrs Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Certificate from The Body-Mind-Soul Centre (RYS 300 – registered school with Yoga Alliance) which can be accredited to the 300-hrs Yoga Alliance certification program (or alternatively can count as Yoga Alliance continuing education credits).

Additionally, students will receive a Yin Yoga Therapy™ practitioner diploma: ‘Yin Yoga & Ayurveda’, which is a building block for our 700 hours of Yin Yoga Therapy™ education as a component of Alexandra Denkinger M.D.(ACU) physical therapy practice, licensed and registered as Doctor of Medicine in Acupuncture M.D.(ACU) by the Indian Board of Alternative Medicine, affiliated with Yoga Alliance as a registered yoga teacher (E-RYT 500) and owner of The Body-Mind-Soul Centre (RYS 300).
