Lidwina Santosa
Program Manager
Lidwina’s path in movement and philosophy has been shaped by a rich tapestry of experiences—from teaching yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Aerial) since 2016 and guiding mat-based Pilates, to a lifelong exploration of Daoist philosophy and Eastern health practices rooted in her cultural background. Her journey includes studies in Chinese astrology, traditional herbal medicine, and energy-based modalities such as Reiki, Zhen Qi Yun Xing Fa, and Longevitology—each contributing to a holistic understanding of energy, emotion, and mental well-being.
Her approach is also enriched by a sincere respect for Theravāda Buddhist traditions, particularly the cultivation of mindfulness and presence. This perspective is further informed by her academic background in psychology and a Master’s in Business, along with professional experience across fields including sales, technology, project management, and coaching.
Her personal exploration of Yin Yoga is like a natural extension of these lifelong influences. She regards Yin Yoga as a powerful holistic practice that beautifully weaves together physical, energetic, and emotional threads—offering a gentle yet profound way to support healing, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate lasting balance.
She is honored to support others on their learning journey with presence, care, and insight.
