2020 is coming to an end, and while this year has been strange, challenging and emotional for many people it has also given many of us a chance to slow down, reflect and spend more time with our loved ones.

Perhaps this year has made you more grateful for your home, your health, your family, the money you have in your bank account, that you still have a job, the internet … It is so easy to be caught up in a cycle of complaining but this year has taught us how blessed many of us truly are.

It has been a year of deep reflection for many. For years we have been living in such a ‘go,go,go’ society, and now we have finally had the opportunity to slow down and turn inwards.

Perhaps you have come to realize that the life you are living is not in alignment with your values. Perhaps you have realized that your job is not what you want to be doing for the next 10 years. Maybe you have discovered that you want to spend more time at home and less time on the road. Perhaps you want to spend more time with your family and close friends as opposed to working late every night.

2020 has for many people been a year of reflecting on what our true core values are, and if you are one of those that have discovered your life is not currently in alignment with your values, I would like to congratulate you. Going inwards and reflecting is no easy task (it’s much easier to be busy than reflecting on your life) so be proud of yourself for doing the inner work.

However, inner reflection is only one part of the equation. Now that you know what you want and what your true core values are how are you going to transform and step into your power?

I encourage you to set aside some time and set your intentions for 2021. Make yourself a cup of your favorite beverage, wrap yourself in a fuzzy blanket and pull out your journal.

What are your intentions for 2021? What steps will you take towards your dream life? How do you feel? What do you want more of?

You can write it as a list or in whichever form that feels the most aligned for you. Write in the present tense, and truly feel and connect to the words.

Ready to take the next step towards your dream life?

    Dive into the yin world

If you are a more experienced yoga teacher and you long to dive deeper into the world of yin yoga, the flow of chi, the Taoist elements and the meridians the 50 Hours Online Yin Yoga Therapy Teacher Training is for you.

In this training we will dive deep into how you can use yin yoga as therapy both physically, mentally and energetically. This is a small, personal and interactive training. There will be a maximum of six people joining the training meaning you will have lots of opportunities to ask questions and connect with your teacher and the other students.

We wish you a very happy, blessed & abundant new year!

With much love,
